Bosa Properties approached Talk Shop with a goal of achieving total sell out of their newest project, Sovereign, by the completion of pre-sales. As the tallest high-rise in Burnaby and the second tallest building in BC, Bosa intended to generate buzz locally through a direct to public approach and regionally and nationally through traditional PR outreach.

Solution

Through the execution of an exciting ground breaking event Talk Shop was able to position Sovereign as a genuine reflection of the quality and lifestyle that can be afforded to Burnaby buyers despite the record sales in Vancouver real estate. Regional and national coverage was achieved in a number of print and broadcast outlets including the Globe and Mail, Vancouver Sun, CBC, CTV and Global TV.
