MOSAIC Homes – York Blogger Event

Situation

Focused on flawless home design and unique architecture, MOSAIC Homes looked to Talk Shop to help spread the word about YORK their latest salt-box row homes in the Willougby area of Langley.

Solution

Partnering with influential blogger and Langley based home-owner Monika Hibbs, Talk Shop created a digital campaign called #idreamofYORK. Known for her signature aesthetic and entertaining, Monika hosted a Pinterest contest on her blog, asking readers to create their ultimate dinner party inspiration board. Following on from the success of the online campaign, Talk Shop and MOSAIC sought to bring the campaign to life, creating a real-life dinner party in one of the YORK homes to show off the floor plans and faultless design.

Applying her aesthetic to the YORK home, alongside The Cross Décor and Design, Monika furnished and designed an intimate #idreamofYORK dinner party for the city’s lifestyle influencers, designers and media.

Results

  • 60 #idreamofYORK Pinterest contest submissions
  • 53 guests attended the #idreamofYORK dinner party
  • Over 190 #idreamofYORK photos shared on Instagram
  • Created and managed @MOSAIC_Homes Instagram account to support the campaign, gaining over 1000 followers in 2 weeks
  • The campaign resulted in 3 direct sales at MOSAIC’s YORK
  • Developed a series of content following the event which MOSAIC used for their blog and email marketing
