Concert Properties positioned for significant growth

Concert Properties recently expanded its income-producing portfolio with the purchase of the Sun Life Financial building in Waterloo, Ontario, as well as entered a joint venture agreement with Vancouver real estate company Peterson, giving it 50-50 ownership of the 20.8-acre Langara Gardens site.
