With a half a billion dollars invested in one of Metro Vancouver’s largest new communities, MOSAIC Homes was looking for a way to kick start an enthusiastic introduction to the region.

Solution

Talk Shop and MOSAIC Homes worked alongside the City of Port Coquitlam to highlight the massive economic impact and accessible price points of the new waterfront community. Working with key stakeholders, the community event was carefully crafted to focus all eyes on the beautiful and affordably priced new development. Through relentless media relations and event architecture, a standing room only press conference was held to unveil the first phase of the new project.

  • Broad coverage from Asian media Sing Tao Daily to the front page of the Vancouver Sun business section
  • Generated more than $65,000 in coverage in a single day
