The Ask:

The Milestones team came to us asking for a video-first approach to their hero platform Instagram, to grow followers, and launch a new look and feel for the brand. They cited historically low engagement, a lack of video assets, and stagnant follower counts as key issues they were looking to address, as well as attracting a younger, Millennial audience.

Our Approach:

Kicking off with a content strategy detailing opportunities to support a target audience shift and position the brand as the go-to restaurant for craveable favourites, our digital team continues to execute regular on-site video production from concept ideation to creative direction and delivery.

Engaging short-form video content has become a cornerstone to the brand’s social calendars, which are also wholly managed by the team.


Results & Reaction:

To date, our efforts have increased Instagram followers by 30% while maintaining an average engagement rate of 12.6%. By engaging lifestyle and foodie creators to publish their hosted Milestones experiences, we have also significantly increased brand presence on TikTok, securing over 191K video views with our gift card partnership program.
