The discussion centered around how leaders can navigate today’s complex economic landscape. For many of us, this is the first true down market we’ve had to lead through in decades. The stability and predictability that once shaped our strategic decisions have been replaced by volatility and ambiguity. As I’ve reflected on what it takes to steer a business through uncertainty, one theme stands out: resilience.

Resilience isn’t just about enduring challenges - it’s about adapting to them. It’s about reassessing what success looks like when traditional metrics no longer apply. For me, success in this climate is about agility.
