This event was a great opportunity for local businesses and residents of the area to meet the new neighbours in town while enjoying confections courtesy of Cloud Nine Cotton Candy, and charcuterie from Bufala.

Gryphon Development’s vision of a family-friendly and creative space is at the centre of their approach to community building along with their dedication to artistry.

In addition to receiving a warm welcome at the door, guests were encouraged to take part in a communal art piece made possible by Paintillio where each participant could make their mark. The mural will permanently hang in the Gryphon office: a constant reminder of the community they are so proud to be a part of.

For those of you who have met the Gryphon Development staff already, you will already know first hand how invested and passionate they are about supporting local art initiatives and cultivating a meaningful sense of community with those around them. They do this by connecting with each and every person they interact with, and it is truly such a joy to watch. We left the event feeling proud to work on such an innovative project with such extraordinary people.
