The Vancouver International Auto Show is an annual event that brings together the top automotive companies in the world to display their new products, innovations and technologies. As Ford’s PR agency of record in B.C., they looked to our agency to increase media exposure and drive buzz around Ford of Canada’s products and innovations above its competitors at the Vancouver International Auto Show. We created a three-pronged PR approach which included a VIP media dinner with select top tier reporters prior to the Vancouver International Auto Show’s opening day, a targeted broadcast strategy and an exclusive blogger tour.

As a result, we garnered 17 key business, lifestyle and automotive journalist in attendance at the pre-auto show media dinner. We secured 33 pieces of media coverage including Business News Network, Breakfast Television, Global BC, Vancouver Sun, Business in Vancouver and Globe and Mail, resulting in over 10M brand impressions via media coverage. Canada’s auto show preview drew 11 bloggers and influencer resulting in social media and blog coverage of their new vehicles.
