Each year the top global wireless and mobile experts descend on Vancouver for the Wavefront Wireless Summits. The interactive three-day conference event includes an impressive line up of industry speakers, product demonstrations and showcases, networking, meetings and panels centered around the impact of wireless technology on business. Although the conference was well attended, many tickets were provided to businesses at a discounted rate and awareness of the conference across North America was low. Wavefront engaged us to help garner media attention and grow paid attendance. After proving successful, we were further engaged to promote Summits and were tasked with managing sponsorships, partnerships, event marketing and partner, and media experience.

Reaction

Prior to the event, our efforts secured 11 media sponsors and over $50K in advertising space through media sponsors and partners. Video testimonial and a social media photo booth were integrated into the event to amplify experience, and a media lounge, live video web-casting and exclusive media access bolstered media appeal. In total, 50 pieces of media coverage were secured promoting the event.
