8 West, BC’s premier cosmetic surgery and medical spa, was seeking an agency partner to define their key messages, access target market insights, and assist in mapping out the customer sales journey. Talk Shop was tasked with refining their ad targeting, optimizing their existing ad set and addressing the various landing pages within their PPC accounts (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
8 West was thrilled to report results they had never seen after working with various agents. Despite working with a decreased budget (40%), Talk Shop increased the brand’s click-thru rate by 23%, increased conversions (appointment bookings) by over 200%, and reduced the clinic’s website bounce rate by 26%.
