Bruno at the Versante Hotel, the first restaurant concept from the hotelier group, approached Talk Shop with the ask of helping them launch Bruno, an innovative dining concept focused on high-impact family-style menu items done with locally sourced produce and fare, and generate buzz and excitement in the Metro-Vancouver community.
Talk Shop media presented a robust media relations strategy focused on organic media coverage, curated menu tastings, and a media launch event.
Through their unique three-pronged approach, Talk Shop helped cement Bruno as the new “go-to” restaurant in Metro Vancouver, positioning them as a fresh, innovative, and impressive newcomer to the local dining scene.
Talk Shop hosted over five media for private 1:1 tastings and hosted an intimate media launch event with eight media in attendance. Together, these activations generated over 10M impressions. Talk Shop secured fantastic restaurant reviews from leading food and beverage reporters and secured over 90 media hits for the new restaurant, including coverage from broadcast, print, and digital outlets such as Vancouver Sun, Daily Hive, Vancouver is Awesome, 604 Now, Foodservice and Hospitality Magazine, and Our City Tonight.
