Colliers International is a global leader in commercial real estate services, with over 13K professionals operating out of more than 482 offices in 62 countries. The Colliers Vancouver office wanted to raise awareness around their specialized platform in BC and approached us to develop a local public relations strategy around their platform, clients and projects to position the company as an expert in commercial real estate. To achieve this, we developed a three-pronged media relations strategy to highlight Colliers platform as a one-of-a-kind offering, position Colliers’ annual and monthly reports as resources to media, and drive awareness around the substantial client projects Colliers participates in.

Initial onset resulted in more than 25 pieces of coverage across BC including Globe and Mail, BC Business, Business in Vancouver, National Post, and Vancouver Sun. After three short months, key real estate reporters across a number of outlets began proactively reaching out for expert commentary from Colliers regarding Commercial Real Estate. As Colliers longstanding PR partner, we continue to develop relations with key media and have secured hundreds of pieces of coverage to date.
