Mosaic – YORK


Focused on flawless home design and unique architecture, Mosaic Homes was looking to spread the word about their latest salt-box rowhomes in Langley, YORK. As their PR partner, we recommended a two-pronged strategy including a digital and influencer campaign with influential blogger and Langley-based home owner, Monika Hibbs. Known for her signature design aesthetic and entertaining skills, Monika hosted a Pinterest contest on her blog and social media channels, asking her readers to create their ultimate dinner party inspiration board. Following the success of the online campaign, we brought the dinner party to life in one of the YORK rowhomes to show off the functional floor plans and flawless design. Applying her signature design aesthetic to the YORK home, alongside The Cross Design & Decor, Monika furnished and designed an intimate dinner party for the city’s top lifestyle influencers, designers and media.

New Instagram Followers


The #idreamofYORK dinner party saw attendance of 60 influential bloggers, media and designers. The online Pinterest contest yielded 60 submissions, and Mosaic gained over 1K instagram followers in two weeks. Over 190 #idreamofYORK photos were shared in instagram and a series of content was developed for their blog and email marketing. The campaign resulted in three direct home sales at Mosaic’s YORK.
