PortLiving

Action

Vancouver-based real estate developer, PortLiving partnered with Pritzker prize-winning architect Shigeru Ban to undertake the world’s largest hybrid timber structure. The project named “Terrace House” was promised to redesign Coal Harbour, establishing it as a new standard for luxury urban development with sustainability in mind. We were tasked with raising awareness of the project to Vancouver’s real estate community while establishing Shigeru as a prominent figure locally. Strategically teasing out elements of the project, we introduced Shigeru Ban to Vancouver along with the project and positioned Terrace House as one of the most unique projects in development in Vancouver.
