CrowdRiff came to Talk Shop looking for an agency partner to assist them in crafting a cohesive strategy and positioning the corporate brand as an attractive employer to prospective hires. They highlighted a need for a strong strategy that defines key messaging, benefits of working at CrowdRiff, and defined target audiences.
Talk Shop was tasked with adapting CrowdRiff’s branding to meet these new requirements, setting forth a strong brand voice, and identifying the needs of potential new employees.
Only 6 months into the working relationship, CrowdRiff was thrilled to report results from our efforts including an increase in qualified applicants to hard-to-fill engineering and development roles. Through organic social content, they were able to hire for senior engineering roles in a very competitive employment space.
In addition to an increase in qualified applicants and new hires, Talk Shop also achieved an overall increase in key social metrics for CrowdRiff including a 6.28% average engagement rate across channels.
