Looking to strengthen brand awareness and help announce its seed round of financing, BuyProperly applied and was named the winner of Talk Shop’s Women in FinTech Grant, which granted the company a 3-month PR partnership.

 

BuyProperly tasked Talk Shop with announcing its seed round and ultimately driving traffic to its website to drive interest and leads for its fractional real estate investment offering. In addition, BuyProperly looked to Talk Shop to execute a proactive and reactive media relations strategy and a robust thought leadership and profiling campaign for the company’s CEO, Khushboo Jha.

Within three months of working together, Talk Shop secured 145 media hits, garnering over 65 million impressions in top-tier business, mainstream and technology media, including feature coverage in CBC, Forbes, Newstalk 1010, Betakit, and more. Critically, BuyProperly received more inbound leads following a blitz of earned media coverage than the company would expect to receive in a year.

 

Following the 3-month Women in Fintech PR grant from Talk Shop, BuyProperly signed on for a 6-month PR partnership to continue the positive momentum.
