Technology start-up, Indicee came to us to conduct a full-scale, North American company launch to raise public awareness, drive potential customers to the website, and produce media coverage to present to the company’s Board of Directors and investors. It was critical that the company get major initial buzz across North America to spark interest in the product, but it was also important to drive actual customers in specific niche target industries. Our PR strategy included targeted business and technology media outreach, PR and influencer campaigns in target verticals, webinars to attract potential customers, as well as liaising with technology analysts to arrange product demonstrations and reviews. Additionally, we managed business and technology award submissions and presented Indicee founders for speaking opportunities at influential industry events.

On the day that Indicee launched, the website crashed due to an overload of page views. The company was able to secure hundreds of customer sign ups and this resulted in second round financing. Surrounding the launch, Indicee was covered in more than 30 technology and business publications including Techcrunch, Inc. Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal. Additionally, Indicee received a number of accolades, including BCTIA’s “Most Promising Start Up” Award for 2010, BC’s Technology “Emerging Rocket” award, and the “Judges Choice Award” at Under the Radar 2010.
