Our community engagement strategy is based on the various needs of the development and it’s rezoning application. After identifying the objectives and priorities, we create a community engagement plan designed to build positive goodwill on behalf of the developer and create trust with the surrounding community. This includes door-to-door support, facilitating and executing open houses, and brokering alliances in advance of public hearings. etc.
We will plan and execute your open house including: invitation to surrounding community members and residents, managing budgets and timelines, managing RSVP’s, liaising, reporting, etc.
